Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered website. allWebuild retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, demonstrations, and future promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain premium consulting, strategy, AI integration, or custom development services may be quoted separately and are not included in standard website packages.
Any third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or stock images used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
Clients are responsible for ongoing fees associated with third-party services including domain registration, hosting, email services, premium plugins, software subscriptions, or other external tools unless otherwise stated in writing.
AI-powered features may rely on third-party providers. Availability, accuracy, and performance are not guaranteed and may change based on provider policies or service availability.
Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of the current billing period. Additional requests outside the scope of the maintenance plan will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
allWebuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.
While we strive to deliver high-quality work that supports your business goals, allWebuild does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic, sales, or search engine rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The client represents and warrants that all content, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, videos, documents, fonts, and other materials provided to allWebuild are either owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless allWebuild, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to:
allWebuild shall not be responsible for independently verifying ownership or licensing rights of materials supplied by the client.
This website may contain demonstration projects, fictional businesses, sample branding, placeholder content, stock imagery, and portfolio materials created for illustrative, educational, or marketing purposes.
Unless explicitly identified as a client project, portfolio examples should not be interpreted as representations of actual businesses or clients.
Any similarity to real businesses, organizations, trademarks, products, services, or entities is unintentional and may be coincidental.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
